When will I receive my order?

All orders placed will ship out the next business day.
Note: Business Days do not include Saturday, Sundays, and Holidays.

Below shipping timelines are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees: 
  • Standard (3-8 business days)
  • UPS 2nd Day (2 business days)

IMPORTANT HOLIDAY PROCESSING & COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAYS

Due to increased demand during the holiday and the impact of COVID-19, please allow
an additional 3 business days to process your order, and expect additional shipping carrier delays.


Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the United States.
Our team is actively working on making our products available to other countries.

RETURN POLICY

What is the return/exchange policy?

All sales are final and may not be returned, cancelled, or exchanged.

EXCEPTION TO DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM

If the item is damaged, or order was incorrect, please email us within five (5) days of the date
your order is received at team@superpowersbox.com and provide the following information:
your name, order number, describe the issue with your order and attach a photograph of the
incorrect or damaged item.

If your order qualifies for a return or exchange, we will send you a prepaid shipping label for you
to return the damaged or incorrect item to us. Once we receive the item(s), we will ship out the
correct or replacement item(s) as soon as possible. If the item(s) are out of stock, we will ship them
to you as soon as inventory is restocked.
