EXCEPTION TO DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM
If the item is damaged, or order was incorrect, please email us within five (5) days of the date
your order is received at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following information:
your name, order number, describe the issue with your order and attach a photograph of the
incorrect or damaged item.
